Joseph Falk brings over sixteen years of legal experience to his clients. His practice areas include real estate, land use, municipal law, estate planning and administration, as well as estate litigation. Mr. Falk has represented individuals, small to mid-size businesses including developers, investors, landlords, tenants and public entities. Mr. Falk offers his clients exceptional knowledge, experience, insight and value.

Mr. Falk’s extensive municipal law experience includes knowledge of and with municipal government organization and regulations, including the New Jersey Open Public Meeting Act, Open Public Records Act, zoning and planning issues, enforcement issues, developer and other agreements. Additionally, in the practice area of Estates, Mr. Falk has also represented clients in related litigation, including contested probate matters and guardianship actions. He is also a qualified Civil Mediator under New Jersey Court R.1:40, for the New Jersey Courts and has helped guide the respective Parties and Counsel through the process of mediation in hopes of resolving a dispute outside of the court arena.

Mr. Falk has both a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Master of Arts in Teaching Degree from The College of New Jersey. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2004 and is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey and the Federal District Court of New Jersey.

Mr. Falk is married with two children and resides in Hopewell Township, Mercer County, New Jersey. He has had a long and rewarding career volunteering in various community organizations.
